Community Activities

Wheat Ridge 2020 will be engaging in a wide variety of projects – small and large – that are designed to encourage appropriate real estate development, improve neighborhoods, strengthen residential participation in civic activities, and compete more strongly in the regional economy.

Damage was sustained throughout western Wheat Ridges as a result of a July 20 storm. The clean up is well underway as residents and business owners cut and haul away debris, make repairs and clean up property. The community spirit displayed by neighbors helping neighbors is part of the strength of Wheat Ridge. Wheat Ridge 2020 would like to continue to foster that spirit by offering the Block Recovery Grant Program 2009.
